PSL scholarship 2025 University of Paris, France offers precious opportunities for students all around the world and this scholarship provides almost 44 master’s programs, 5 Master’s-level ‘Grandes Écoles’ degrees, and 1 CNSAD – PSL diploma “Acting and directing”. Undergraduate programs and PhD tracks, covering all fields. In this fellowship, most programs will be taught in French but it has sophisticated features for bilinguals although 27 master programs and 3 bachelor programs will be taught in English, the rest of the others are in French. This is one of the most prestigious international endowments, which provides an opportunity and comprehensive path to PhD after a bachelor’s and master’s, ensuring students connect nearly with research and it also has a remarkable position closely with laboratories, HRS4R, and Scientific integrity. Students must commit and complete their 6 months of research and internship. Plenty of programs need B2 in English proficiency tests and others accept English proficiency certificates from previous institutes. Resume (CV): (Updated CV, including your experience, academic records, skills, and strengths)
Cover Letter: (Define your area of interest mainly in a specific program, how this program will help you professionally, what you expect from this program in the future, elaborate your own long and short-term goals, your personal attachment with the desired program
Higher Education: transcript and degrees (in French or English translation in case originals are in another language)
Recommendation letter: at least one (1) (your previous university professor or manager who supervised you can recommend you for the desired program)

English Language Official Test

Every program has its own requirement for the English language, some programs accept English proficiency certificates from previous institutes and some programs accept IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC. French-taught programs need an French Official test.

Scholarship Stipends

It supports international students all around the world financially to pursue their higher education in France at multiple institutes. Additionally, it includes bachelor’s and master’s programs that also aim to cover your accommodation and tuition expenses.

For Bachelor Students

Typically, it intends to give a stipend of €700 to €1,000 to undergraduate learners monthly, it might vary to program and support students according to their needs.

For Master students

Significantly, the stipend for graduate students is €1,000 to €1,200.

Furthermore, stipends had more benefits such as tuition fees, accommodation, and travel expenses, for instance, tickets and flights.

Application Process

Applications should be submitted via the PSL application portal or via Email in PDF format to isabelle.lagroy@ephe.psl.eu and sophie.thtnet@ephe.psl.eu. Applicants have to submit a detailed CV, recommendation letter, transcripts and degree, and statement of purpose. Special attention will be given to how applicants show his or her interest aligns with program research and a strong statement of purpose will increase the chances.

Selection Process

The selection committee will analyze academic qualifications, nationality, program requirements, and supportive documents (recommendation letter, cover letter, proof of language depending on the program) which are submitted by applicants. The interview may be conducted if applicable then the result with the awarding of an offer letter of scholarship to students in June. Successful candidates will be supposed to fulfill the requirements of the programs. They have to accept the completion of studies and internships within specific timelines and instructions.
